So... countless doctor's office visits later, Janice Dickinson is bestowing some of her wisdom upon the troubled starlet before she goes back for nose job No. 3.

“She’s old enough to do whatever she wants. But if you’re going to do it, do it right and get great doctors,” Dickinson told us.

The What I Like About You actress has been teasing us about getting work done since early last month.

"I had a nose job to remove skin that was like a webbing in between my eyes. I wasn't going to tell anyone, but I look so much prettier in my new photos that I don't want old photos used anymore!"
